It doesn’t feel like summer unless you fit in 1 golf game somewhere, and where better to do that than Club Links Glen Abby Golf Course in Oakville. 
I was flattered to be asked to perform again this summer, and it’s been great seeing the staff again and meeting so many Golf Pro’s. As I would perform in the great Eighteen Lounge (where the 18th hole is), I’d see golf professionals give me thumbs up, or their wives just smiling at me. Guess they got the Twitter Invite via the club house.
A few years back (2006) I started thinking that playing hits of the 90’s was “different” or unique. Now it’s 2014, and
Amazing, the families wanted hits from the 90’s and the single professionals wanted songs from 2002 – present. 
This gig was at the swanky Cavern Club in Toronto (no not Liverpool), where Dad Rock folks were tweeting away.

I was given a fun opportunity to enter the legions of Condo owners in the area to traditional Irish Classics (Black Velvet Band…remember that one),
recent Irish Classics (Mysterious Ways U2), and true pub classics (Blister in the Sun). But interestingly enough, I got dancing from playing Lorde’s “Royals”. It got so rammed in the pub that people were rejected to
enter, leaving their faces pressed against the glass (including mine sometimes).
